William Bagnall was born about 1831 and baptised 21 March 1831 in St Margarets, York. The son of Joseph and Elizabeth (Bell) Bagnall. William was married on 1st November 1862 to Ann Dixon. he died on the 3rd April 1885 at number 5 Melbourne Street, York.

Richard Bagnall was born about 1861 in York, Yorkshire. Richard was married in 1886 in York to Jessie Mercer. He died in 1909 at the age of 49.

Following the death of Richard's father William Bagnall, Richard takes over ownership of the family foundry business.

William Bagnall, was born on the 31st October 1888 in York. He was married in 1924 to Mabel Browne. William died about 1976 in Northampton.
